Halloween Party at Tucker House!

On October 26, 2019 from 7pm – 11pm, come dance the night away at Tucker House’s first halloween party! This will be a night to remember, with games, a costume contest, raffle, cash bar, hors-d’oeuvres and more! The theme this year is “Classic Halloween.”

Located in Rockland, Tucker House was built in 1870 and is the perfect location for a Classic themed Halloween party. Come dressed to impress and you can enter our costume contest! Prizes for most eco-costume- best couples costume and people’s choice awards! Extra points for those who’s costumes include some aspect of the environment – think thrifting, crafting or some vintage natural decorations!

Tickets are $20 each or 2 for $30 and include hors-d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages. All proceeds from this event go to supporting Tucker House’s regular programming such as the eco-education series, our seed saving garden and the annual outdoor education children’s camp and maintain the house and estate.

Bytown Paranormal and Clarence-Rockland Ghostbusters will be in attendance and you will get the chance to meet them and hear all about our upcoming November 8 paranormal investigation.

This event will be zero-waste! Reusable cutlery, glasses and dishes will be used, all beer and wine bottles will be recycled and decorations will be composted or reused for future events. Ask us how else we will be practicing zero-waste at this event!
