Come expand your knowledge of fungi! Tucker House invites you to a fungi workshop hosted by Brodie Barrie from Forest Floor Mushrooms. Join us for a guided walk in the forest where we will learn about the fungi we see, collect specimens, and identify them.
This event will take place on Sunday, October 18th from 10 am – 2 pm.
The workshop will be in English.
Masks are mandatory. You will need to bring a knife and a basket to collect specimens. We also recommend you bring a field guide on mushroom identification in Ontario or Northeastern Canada (more details to come in a follow-up email). Dress accordingly as this workshop is outdoors!
