Now that the summer is over, what should you do with the leftover vegetables from your garden? This workshop will go over the basics of harvesting, preserving, and fermenting your food to make it last into the winter. We will also be making our own sauerkraut. All materials will be provided.
Meet the Facilitator
Bee Vaillancourt is a gardener, farmer and yoga teacher. Bee helps gardeners to design their food gardens as a profession and is happy to share her extensive knowledge.
