Ever wondered what bugs taste like? Now is your opportunity to find out! During this workshop, we will learn about entomophagy—the practice of consuming insects—which promotes an environmentally sustainable, nutrient dense alternative to the farming and consumption of animal livestock. We will also be making our own cricket granola bars!
