Looking to book Tucker House just for the day to host a workshop, meeting or class? We are an ideal spot to host large groups!

Day Booking Rates

Weekend day:

*8 hours:  $600 to $1000 depending on the number of people

Weekend half-day:

*4 hours:  $380 to $600 depending on the number of people

Weekday:

*8 hours:  $400 to $500 depending on the number of people

Weekday (half- day):

*4 hours:  $200 to $300 depending on the number of people

Available Add-ons

These add-ons are an extra fee on top of the initial rental fees stated above. 

For cleaning, set up, decorations, tent removal etc.

• House only                100$/hr
• House & land            150$/hr
• Exterior only             50$/hr
• Kitchen access (for outdoor renters) 30$/hour
