Introducing the Embodied Element Series led by Shanti Avyanna!

The Embodied Element Series is an 8-week immersive yoga journey designed to feel like a weekly sanctuary for body, mind, and breath.

By pairing the deep, meditative stillness of Yin with the intentional, strengthening flow of Hatha, this series offers a truly 360-degree approach to embodied wellness—balancing softness and strength, rest and activation, inward reflection and outward expression.

Each class is thoughtfully designed as a complete, standalone practice. Whether you attend one weekly session or engage in the full experience, you will be guided toward feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed.

Class Structure

Tuesday – Yin Yoga (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

A slow, restorative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body. Through long, supported holds and quiet introspection, Yin invites release on both a physical and energetic level. Each session explores specific meridian lines, encouraging balance and subtle internal reset.

Wednesday – Hatha Yoga (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

A grounded, intentional practice focused on alignment, breath-led movement, and functional strength. Hatha offers structure and clarity through foundational postures, mindful transitions, and steady presence.
